Keep One Short Record per Promotion
Write down the offer name or ID, account used, activation timestamp, closing time and qualifying action. Add a screenshot of the expanded terms rather than the banner. This does not need to become a spreadsheet project; one compact note per campaign is enough to avoid mixing similar dates and rules.
Separate Eligibility From Progress
First confirm that the signed-in profile qualifies, then check whether activation succeeded. Only after those two points should you follow the progress bar or history entry. A counter that stays at zero may reflect a missing opt-in or excluded action, not a technical failure in the display.
Check at the Interval the Terms Suggest
Some activity appears immediately, while other results remain pending during review. Repeated refreshing does not make processing faster. Use the published update window, keep the deadline visible and look for account notices about delays or maintenance before submitting the same action again.
Close the Record When the Result Settles
Once the reward is credited, note the date, any expiry and where it appears in the balance or history. If it never arrives after the stated wait, compare the terms with the account record and send support one complete package: campaign ID, timestamps, relevant activity and readable screenshots.
